¿Qué características le conceden a la enzima CYP3A4 mayor capacidad metabólica de los medicamentos que no tenga la P450 2D6?

Dado que los humanos adquirimos los citocromos evolutivamente de plantas, dependiendo de que especie de planta se derivan el farmaco influye el tipo de citocromo que va a poder metabolizar el fármaco. Por lo tanto, ya que la mayoría de fármacos son metabolizados por CYP3A4, quiere decir que la mayoría de los fármacos son derivados de la especie de planta de la cual obtuvimos el citocromo involucrado.
